Shipping + Returns + Refunds

At this stage, we are only shipping within Australia. Further down the track may we consider doing internationally. Love Ya Lobes ships all orders through Australia Post and all parcels are tracked with a tracking number, emailed through to you when your order is fulfilled and ready to be sent. 
All orders are packed with care and consideration, customising and personalising every single one (I hand write all your personalised notes). We do hope that your parcel arrives with care and comes to you in the best condition possible, however sometimes this may not be the case. Please see below for returns/replacements/refunds.

Processing generally takes 24-48 hours (but on the odd occasion I may have it sent out the same day) by the time I get through emails, go through stock to select your purchases, package and label, then finally to the post office.

Orders that are processed, I pre-print your postage label so when I get to the post office, they just need to scan the barcode and its ready for delivery. All orders have a tracking number that I include in the fulfillment of your order. So when it's ready to be shipped, you should receive a confirmation email/text to say your order has been fulfilled and a tracking number is visible.

If you have an order that you've selected as a pick up (Click'N'Collect) it can be processed and fulfilled either the same day, or the next day. So please keep an eye out for an email update as to when your order is ready for collection.

I allow up to 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS to process orders from start to finish. I then take your packages to the post office and hand them over. Please remember that I am a single mum of 2 children, so life is pretty hectic as I don't have close family to mind them when needed, but I do my best.

For domestic orders please allow 2 - 3 business days from the time your order is posted (After our processing time) but understand this could be longer depending on how busy our posties are!

In some cases, an exact replacement may not be possible as each collection are limited. However if there is something listed in our shop you're happy to replace the original product with, we shall arrange this for you and have shipped. Where your order has been delivered with exterior damage and upon opening, finding your product/s damaged, we will need to see photographic proof before sending a replacement to you. If you wish to return an item we can only accept Non-Jewellery items due to health and safety regulations, returns can be processed within 14 days of receiving your order, return shipping is at the customers expense, all items must be returned including all packaging, once received and deemed in perfect condition we will process a refund for you excluding shipping.
